Stir-fried fresh mustard greens

500 g bok choy

1 package fresh shiitake mushrooms

Dried onion, oyster sauce, spices
Cooking instructions

Pick, wash and drain the Chinese cabbage; remove the shiitake mushrooms from the bag, soak in vinegar and diluted salt to remove the smell, then wash and drain, cut into thick or thin slices as desired.

Fry onions until fragrant, add bok choy and stir-fry with a tablespoon of oyster sauce and a little seasoning powder.

Then add the mushrooms and stir to coat them with the spices, then turn off the heat and enjoy.
