Nguyen Long's products, such as Shiitake mushrooms, Cordyceps mushrooms, and further processed products like Cordyceps liquor infused with Lan Kim orchids, dried Shiitake, etc., are all rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals, greatly beneficial for health.

Senior Scientist Truong Binh Nguyen, Director of the Institute for Research and Application of High Technology Agriculture at Da Lat University. He is the father of the research project and cultivation of Cordyceps sinensis mushrooms in Vietnam.
