Stir-fried fresh shiitake mushrooms with garlic
Ingredient
- 100 g leeks
- 200 g fresh shiitake mushrooms
- Vegetarian seasoning, cooking oil
Cooking instructions
- Wash fresh shiitake mushrooms, cut in half, and cut garlic into bite-sized pieces.
- Add cooking oil to the pan, add some minced leeks and saute until fragrant, add mushrooms and stir-fry for about 9 minutes until mushrooms are cooked, add leeks and season with seasoning to taste and leave for about 1 more minute.
