Stir-fried fresh shiitake mushrooms with garlic

Ingredient

  • 100 g leeks
  • 200 g fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • Vegetarian seasoning, cooking oil

Cooking instructions

  1. Wash fresh shiitake mushrooms, cut in half, and cut garlic into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add cooking oil to the pan, add some minced leeks and saute until fragrant, add mushrooms and stir-fry for about 9 minutes until mushrooms are cooked, add leeks and season with seasoning to taste and leave for about 1 more minute.
