Stone sprouts stir-fried with shiitake mushrooms
Ingredient
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Vegetarian stir-fry sauce
- 30 gr fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 2 packs of vegetarian instant noodles
- 20 minutes
- 2 people
- 50 gr colorful bell peppers
- 50 gr Zucchini
- 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili sauce
Cooking instructions
- Wash and pat dry the mushrooms. Soak the instant noodles in cold water for 5 minutes to soften.

- Shredded vegetables. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add vegetables, add noodles and sauce, stir quickly to coat. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with ground pepper.
