Stone sprouts stir-fried with shiitake mushrooms

Ingredient

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Vegetarian stir-fry sauce
  • 30 gr fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 packs of vegetarian instant noodles
  • 20 minutes
  • 2 people
  • 50 gr colorful bell peppers
  • 50 gr Zucchini
  • 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili sauce

Cooking instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry the mushrooms. Soak the instant noodles in cold water for 5 minutes to soften.

  1. Shredded vegetables. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add vegetables, add noodles and sauce, stir quickly to coat. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with ground pepper.
